Postal package with chess board sent from Marrakesch

Hi All

I posted a parcel less than 40 kgs with a chess board I bought and wanted to post back to Ireland from the below address on the Friday 06th of February 2026.

I was not issued a receipt when I paid with cash. The woman behind the desk told me the docket I filled out was the receipt. I lost this docket in the airport going home with the tracking number, however, all my details were put into the computer system originally by a pleasant man with glasses.

I've emailed the central mail service in Rabat and heard nothing back. Anyone, know if there is an email address for the central post office in Marrakesch. I paid the money for the delivery and the post office would have my details in their system there, I'd image.

Any help would be great as I bought the handmade board from a father and son who were such good people in the Bazzar and I'm sad it has not turned up.
