Dear Consular Officer, I hope this message finds you well. I am a Taiwanese citizen holding a Taiwan passport. We recently learned that Morocco has suspended visa issuance for Taiwanese passport holders. However, my family and I have already planned and booked a cruise itinerary that includes a scheduled port of call in Tangier, Morocco. We fully understand and respect Morocco's current visa policy. Should visas no longer be available to Taiwanese passport holders, we are prepared to remain on board the cruise ship during its stay in Tangier and not enter Moroccan territory. In these circumstances, we would like to inquire whether the Embassy could provide any official confirmation, letter, or other supporting documentation stating that Taiwanese passengers who remain on board the vessel are permitted to continue their cruise itinerary without disembarking in Morocco. Such documentation would be extremely helpful in demonstrating our compliance with Moroccan regulations and may assist us in confirming our eligibility to board the cruise ship at the beginning of our journey.
