Hi, I am looking for some help. I need to apply for National card for my 3 adopted kids. I have their expired Moroccan passport which was issued at their birth. I understand now that they are older they need the ID card first before applying for passport. I have been trying to make appointments with Miami office but it is very complicated. Also, we are 4.5 hrs drive from Miami. We will be in Salt Lake city on 5/29 (to visit Moab) Is there any way we can get an appointment to do the biometrics for my kids? Our flight lands early in the morning. Thank you Farah
