I am a Honduran national and legal resident of Antwerp, Belgium, currently a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Tropical Medicine on a DGD scholarship. I plan to apply for a Moroccan tourist visa for a trip from 30 September to 5 October 2026. I am not eligible for the eVisa, as my Belgian residence permit does not meet the required 180-day validity. My permit expires in December 2026, less than three months after my return date. I would like to know whether this permit is acceptable for this trip, or whether three months' validity beyond the return date is strictly required, and what supporting documents would be accepted alongside my current card. If my permit is not considered valid, I would still like to apply for the standard visa, but I am unsure whether there is enough time before departure. I would appreciate guidance on whether this timeline is realistic and what deadline you recommend. Finally, I would like to confirm whether applications from Antwerp residents are processed at this consulate or the Embassy's consular section in Brussels.
