Demande d’examen de ma situation et de retour en France Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous adresser la présente demande afin de solliciter l’examen attentif de ma situation personnelle et administrative concernant mon souhait de retourner en France. Je suis née à Valence, dans la Drôme, en France, le 28 décembre 1978, de parents marocains. Je suis retournée au Maroc avec mes parents lorsque j’étais encore toute petite et j’y ai vécu depuis. Je souhaite aujourd’hui pouvoir retourner en France avec mes trois enfants et y construire notre vie dans un cadre stable et régulier. Ma situation étant particulière en raison de ma naissance en France, je souhaiterais savoir quelle est la procédure la plus adaptée à ma situation et quel type de visa ou de démarche je dois entreprendre pour pouvoir retourner légalement en France. Je dispose notamment d’un acte de naissance français attestant de ma naissance à Valence.
