Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Kenyan Passport Holder and I recently applied for a Tourist Visa to go to Morocco on the 22nd of September for four nights. I had called on the 17th of July, and had even paid a fee of 29,600 to CHECKPOINT EMBASSY RECORDS, (reference: UGH5Y06EOE), however, I have not heard back. My Passport Number is as follows: CK10832, and my e-visa number: N° KEN-2******0. I am also waiting for a refund of 36,897 KES (Mpesa Reference: UGH5Y068NG) as the person I had spoken to had made an error with the amount I was meant to pay. Kindly inform me on the status of my application. Best wishes Herlene Heer 2**********8.
